DIY SAILS

Shadeports Plus LTD offer an assortment of DIY (Do IT Yourself) sails, these are available in five standard shapes and sizes. These DIY sails are available in all our advertised colors. Why choose a DIY sail? The answer is simple, installing your own sail saves you the cost of having a professional installation team come and do it for you.

Our DIY sails are made in manageable sizes and ideally are used as temporary solutions to your shade problems. Everybody has different needs and therefore by offering DIY, we give our customers the option of having a quality product that can be installed by the customer with nothing more than a little planning and minor physical effort.

Prior to installing your sail though there are a few important things you may want to consider, please read through the How to install a DIY sail section, if there is anything that you are unsure of you can always contact us for advice or assistance.

DIY sails can be used in a wide variety of circumstances:

   -  In your home or garden (over patios or children's play areas)

   -  Camping

   -  Hunting

   -  Horticultural use

   -  As a temporary work shelter (particularly if you are in remote areas)

DIY sails have a number of advantages, the one worth stressing the most is the fact that a DIY sail can literally be strung up with a small amount of cable or rope between fixing points of almost any convenience, it can be moved easily to any other location and re installed and is easy to store.
