Amathus Coastal Heights Complex
Keeping Kids Safe, Cool, and Happy! We’ve just completed a beautiful new installation of Arizona-colored shade sails over the children’s playground at the Amathus Coastal Height House Complex in Limassol.

Brain Rocket Tennis Court
Shadeports Plus recently completed the installation of vibrant Zesty Lime Z25 shade sails at the Brain Rocket Tennis Court in Limassol. Our team began by assessing the court layout and designing a solution tailored to provide maximum coverage and UV protection, ensuring comfort for both players and spectators. Using the high-performance Z25 fabric, known for its durability and over 95% UV block, we fabricated and installed the sails to exact specifications. The bold Zesty Lime color not only enhances the court’s modern look but also creates a fresh and energetic atmosphere.
UN Nicosia
The Hive Family Centre at the United Nations in Nicosia has upgraded their outdoor area with these stunning Royal Blue custom-made shade sail structures.
One of the structures at the front of the building covers the play equipment, keeping the kids safe from the harsh Cyprus sun as well as keeping them cool to enjoy the play park for a little longer. This structure comprises 2 shade sails secured to 6 custom-made steel poles.
The other structure at the rear of the building has been designed to give maximum shade and fit in with existing buildings and structures. The custom steel posts have been securely fitted into the ground at various calculated angles, with various heights to give a stunning architectural finish whilst keeping the measured tension.
Toyoya Trust - Paphos
At the Toyota Cyprus branch in Paphos, Shadeports Plus has successfully delivered another large-scale shading solution by installing our popular Zeus Carport modules. This project covered 14 parking spaces, providing robust, all-weather protection for vehicles while maintaining a clean and modern aesthetic that complements the dealership’s premises. For this project at the prestigious Symbol Residence in Limassol, we were entrusted with designing a bespoke shading system to protect the building’s AC compressors from sun, wind, and rain. Beyond functionality, the challenge was to create a structure that complemented the striking architectural design of the residence itself. The result is a carefully engineered shade solution that not only safeguards essential equipment but also integrates seamlessly with the building’s modern aesthetic, combining practicality with refined design.

Lumio Private School has enhanced its outdoor facilities with brand new shade sails installed over its courtyard area. In addition, the playground equipment is shielded from direct sunlight, preventing surfaces from overheating and reducing long-term wear and damage. Leonardo Laura Hotel
Project complete! We fabricated and installed this Lebanese style tent at the Leonardo Laura Beach & Splash Resort for the Za’atar Lebanese Restaurant.
For the cover, we installed a Serge Ferrari High Tension Membrane, in the color Terracotta, using the Soltis 502 range.
For additional aesthetics we placed PVC Panels alla round to enchance the look of the tent., as well as our HDPE Z25 Fabric to cover the sides.
Heat Protection: Soltis 502 is designed to provide effective solar protection, reducing heat and glare while maintaining visibility and natural light inside the covered area. It can help with energy efficiency and comfort.
Durability: Soltis 502 is highly resistant to weather conditions, UV radiation, and wear and tear. Soltis 502 is no exception and is built to withstand the elements.
Koukouvagia Nuesery School

Nicosia Town Hall
The Nicosia Town Hall needed a quality shade solution for its outdoor area, to provide cool shade for customers & staff members. We manufactured and installed this bespoke, functional, effective and protective multi-shade sail structure, that covers the extensive outdoor area using our silver shade fabric with 10 overlapping triangle sails.

Universal Life Offices
What was once an exposed sun trap has now been transformed into a cool, functional, and stylish chill-out area at the Universal Life offices in Nicosia. With the installation of overlapping silver shade sails, the space is now equipped with ultimate UV protection, ensuring that it can be comfortably used throughout the entire day, even during the peak of summer. The sleek silver fabric not only delivers reliable sun safety but also enhances the area’s modern aesthetic, perfectly complementing the professional setting of the offices. Thanks to this upgrade, Universal Life can now host outdoor gatherings, meetings, and social events without the summer sun interrupting the experience, creating an inviting space that balances comfort, protection, and style.
Trinity Junior School
Brand new custom shade sails have been installed at Trinity Private School in Limassol, providing essential cool shade and UV protection across the school’s large outdoor spaces. These structures ensure that students and staff can enjoy safer, more comfortable outdoor areas throughout the day, while also protecting playground equipment from overheating and long-term damage caused by direct sunlight. In addition, wall-mounted shade sails offer shelter to the building’s windows, helping to reduce heat indoors and maintain cooler internal environments. This thoughtful investment not only enhances the school’s facilities but also supports a safe and welcoming start to the 2023/2024 academic year.
Toxotis Charitable Foundation
At Shadeports Plus, we take great pride in contributing to spaces that serve a meaningful purpose. One of our recent projects was the design and installation of custom shade sails and Zeus Carports at the new facilities of the Toxotis Charitable Foundation, a remarkable non-profit organisation dedicated to supporting and empowering individuals with mental disabilities. Our shading solutions were carefully planned to create comfortable and protective outdoor areas where residents, visitors, and staff can gather, relax, and feel safe throughout the year. This project was completed in collaboration with Nicos Markantonis Contractors & Developers Ltd and Dias Architects, whose exceptional work on the construction and design of the building provided the foundation for us to complement their vision with our expertise in shading. It has been an honour to contribute to such an inspiring initiative.

As the new academic year approaches, The Island Private School has further enhanced its outdoor facilities with the addition of brand-new shade sails over its play areas. These carefully designed structures provide students and staff with cooler, sun-safe zones that make outdoor activities more enjoyable and secure. Beyond comfort, the shading also helps protect playground equipment from overheating and long-term damage caused by direct sunlight. The Special Needs School
Project Complete! This time at the Ειδικό Σχολείο Λευκωσίας (Νicosia Special Needs School). This project was proudly sponsored by ΟΠΑΠ Κύπρου.
We designed, manufactured and installed these vibrant sails using our electric purple, zesty lime, atomic orange and yellow shade fabrics for a lively and protective shade solution around certain play areas of the school. These shade structures were completed with padded post protectors for ultimate safety, UV protection and a cooler area to play.
Singular Ltd Larnaca
completed a bespoke shading project for Singular LTD in Larnaka, enhancing both the general outdoor space and the children’s play area with custom-designed shade sails. Engineered to provide reliable UV protection and cooler, more comfortable environments, the new structures ensure that employees, visitors, and children can safely enjoy the outdoors throughout the year. The vibrant yet durable fabric adds a modern visual element while delivering long-term performance perfectly suited to Cyprus’ climate.

Another perfect project complete, this time at the Πουπού η Αλεπού Nursery School in Nicosia. We installed our Zeus Back to Back Module to shade the childrens outdoor play area. Using our Shadenet Z25 shade fabric, we used bright, happy colors to created a cooler, fun and safer play area so the children are protected from the suns UV rays.

Shadeports, in conjunction with ALPHA IOANNOU Construction Ltd, installed and covered these shade ‘Leaves’ along the Coastal Broadwalk for the Pafos Municipality – Δήμος Πάφου. Now the locals and visitors alike can enjoy cooler, sun-protected spaces while strolling, relaxing, or taking in the scenic views of the waterfront, with a striking architectural feature that enhances both comfort and the aesthetic appeal of the promenade.

The Larnaca Marina has upgraded their outdoor kids play area with these Charcoal custom-made shade sail structures.
The shade structures will cover the play area, as well as its equipment, and also keeping the kids safe from the harsh Cyprus sun as well as keeping them cool to enjoy the play park for a little longer.
I CAN School
The I Can School in Limassol has upgraded its outdoor spaces with brand-new shade sails over the play area, basketball court, and seating areas. Another perfect outcome for the covered parking at the Cyta Offices in Limassol. This project used our new Poseidon custom-made carports, which use cantilever technology, and grey steel frames made by our in-house fabricators. The shadenet is our Forest Green. Our new Poseidon Carport system can be adapted for any number of vehicles.
Shikkis Motors
This project is the Rolls Royce of shades. We used custom-made double, back-to-back, Pan Carport, which use cantilever technology, and charcoal grey steel frames made by our in-house fabricators. The shadenet is our popular Z25 Desert Sand. Column panels are Alucobonded for added aesthetics and strength.
Skylink Services Ltd, Larnaca Airport
Installed these custom-made, double Pan Carport Modules, at the Skylink Services Ltd in Larnaca. These cantilever modules were designed, fabricated, and installed by our teams from start to finish. The design consists of charcoal grey painted steel frames and columns and our Shadenet Z25 fabric in silver.

Leonardo Laura Beach & Splash Resort
We fabricated and installed this Lebanese style tent at the Leonardo Laura Beach & Splash Resort in Paphos for the Za’atar Lebanese Restaurant. For the cover, we installed a Serge Ferrari High Tension Membrane, in the color Terracotta, using the Soltis 502 range. For additional aesthetics, we placed PVC Panels all around to enhance the look of the tent.
Grandstand Coverage, Heritage School, Limassol
Another grandstand is enjoying its new protected space underneath 3 custom made Aphrodite Structures we designed, this time at Heritage School in Limassol. This area was a sun trap, now with these new structures, the area will be cool and stylish area with the ultimate UV protection allowing use all day long in the hot summer months.
